Flex-ability Trainers

Alan Fellows

As a serving officer in the metropolitan police force for over 12 years, I studied to become a physical training instructor and gained a great deal of experience looking after the physical wellbeing of thousands of police staff.  This included managing their injuries, enhancing their fitness and teaching them self-defence.

I then became involved with helping to set up and run the personal training service within the David Lloyd Leisure Centre in North Finchley.  After 10 years I decided to become an independent practitioner and in 2002 I opened Flex-ability, a private, personal training gym in north London and have been running this successful service for the last 12 years.
